Somatics and Performance Study Group

Somatics and Performance Study Group is a coming together of independent performance practitioners. We are interested in the convergence of somatic embodiment processes and performance processes.

This is intended as an experiment in community building around dance research in Aotearoa.

Specifically looking at the relationship between somatics and performance, the idea is to share current research interests, experiment with ideas, dance with each other, talk about stuff and practice performing.
